We deliver our sarees, dresses, and kidswear across India through trusted courier partners. For remote or non-serviceable areas, we may use India Post or other reliable alternatives to ensure seamless delivery.

2.      Order Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. During festive seasons or sales, dispatch times may be slightly delayed due to high order volumes.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities and major Tier-1/Tier-2 towns: 1–3 working days
  • Remote locations: 4–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.      Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are included in your order total at checkout. No additional costs are collected afterward.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes in delivery address, order cancellations after dispatch, remote locations, or bulky orders.

4.      Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

At House of Dhaara, our service doesn’t end with your purchase — it continues until your order is delivered, you’re fully satisfied, and you become part of the extended Dhaara family.

5.      Delivery Address & Reshipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
  • Please ensure that all details are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.

6.      Taxes & Duties

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.
  • Any additional local taxes (such as Octroi or municipal duties) must be borne by the customer, if applicable.

7.      Packaging

  • Every product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

8.      Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays, unless covered by our courier partners.
