Yes, most of our collections are sourced directly from local weavers and trusted wholesalers to guarantee authenticity, quality, and fair trade.
4. How do I choose the right size for dresses or kidswear?

5. Do you provide a blouse or matching accessories with sarees?
Most sarees come with an unstitched blouse piece, blouse customization available n demand. Accessories featured in photos are for styling suggestion and may be bought separately if available.
6. How do I care for and maintain my saree or garment after purchase?
Comprehensive care instructions are included with each product. We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing for most sarees and delicate garments.
7. Are customizations or alterations available?
Select items may be eligible for tailoring or adjustments. Please contact us before ordering to discuss any special requirements.
8. What should I do if the item I receive is different from what was shown online?
Contact our support team immediately. If any discrepancies arise, we’ll resolve the issue by facilitating an exchange or refund per our policy.
9. What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?
Shipping charges are included in your order total during checkout—no additional costs are collected later. Extra charges may only apply for changes in the delivery address after dispatch, cancellations, remote deliveries, or bulky parcels.

- Remote locations: 4–7 working days
